Huawei has today announced the launch of its latest smartphone, the Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 in India. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 15,990 and it will be available for purchase on Amazon starting from August 07, 2019. The pre-booking of the smartphone starts from August 05, 2019.
The device will be available for purchase from offline channel starting from August 15. Huawei has also introduced some launch offers with the latest smartphone. Customers will get no cost EMI up to 6 months and up to 10 percent instant discount on SBI credit/debit card. Customers will also get Rs 500 Amazon Pay discount and Reliance Jio customers will get benefits up to Rs 20,000. Lastly, the phone comes with exchange offer of up to Rs 1,500.
The phone has 4GB RAM with 128GB of internal storage and has two colour options to choose from- Emerald Green and Sapphire Blue.
The Y9 Prime (2019) comes with 6.59-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and comes equipped with an octa-Core Kirin 710F chipset with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. The phone comes with an options o expand the storage up to 512GB via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, it sports a triple rear camera module with a combination of a 16-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. For the front, the phone has a 16-megapixel pop-up selfie sensor with an f/2.2 lens.
The Huawei Y9 2019 runs EMUI 9.0 based on Android Pie and gets its juices from a 4000mAh battery which charges via a USB Type-C port. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include GPS with A-GPS, USB-Type C and 4G LTE support, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
