Huawei Maimang 7 goes official with quad cameras, Kirin 710 SoC and 6GB RAM

Huawei Maimang 7 is the Chinese version of the Huawei Mate 20 Lite which was launched recently in Poland and the UK. The Maimang 7 features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ 19:5:9 2.5D curved glass display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution and 85% NTSC colour gamut.

Huawei has today launched Maimang 7 smartphone in China. The Huawei Maimang 7 is priced at 2399 Yuan which is approx. Rs 25,375 and it comes in Black, Blue and Gold colours. The device is currently available for order and it will go on sale in China starting from 15 September.

The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Kirin 710 12nm (quad 2.2GHz Cortex-A73 + quad x 1.7GHz Cortex-A53) with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 which is coupled with 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 256GB with microSD.

For the camera, the Huawei Maimang 7 comes with a quad camera setup. For the rear, it hs a 20-megapixel rear camera with flash, f/1.8 and a secondary 2-megapixel rear camera. The front facing camera features 24-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture and secondary 2-megapixel camera.

The phone comes with a battery backup of 3,750mAh with and it runs on 8.1 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.2. Connectivity options include Dual VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), 4.2 LE, + GLONASS, Type-C. The dimensions are 158.3 x 75.3 x 7.6mm and the weight is 172 grams.
