Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus and Enjoy Max launched in China

Both Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus and Enjoy Max will be available for sale in China from later this month.

Huawei has launched two new smartphones – Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus and Enjoy Max in China. The Enjoy Max comes with similar specifications as of Honor 8X Max while the Enjoy 9 Plus has similar specifications as of Honor 8X. To recall, the Honor 8X Max and Honor 8X were launched in China last month.

The Huawei Enjoy Max is priced at 1499 Yuan (Rs 15,980 approx.) for the 4GB with 64GB storage variant and 1699 Yuan (Rs 18,115 approx.) for the 128GB variant. It comes in three colour options – Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue and Aurora Violet.

The Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus is priced at 1699 Yuan (Rs 18,115 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant while the 128GB storage variant will cost you 1999 Yuan (Rs 21,315 approx.). It comes in Black, White and Golden colour options. Both Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus and Enjoy Max will be available for sale in China from later this month.

Huawei Enjoy Max

Enjoy Max features a 7.12-inch (2244×1080 pixels) Full 2.5D curved glass display. It comes with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 72 per cent NTSC colour gamut, and 350ppi pixel density. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 (Quad 2.2GHz Kryo 260 + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 260 CPUs) with Adreno 512 GPU. It has two variants – 4GB RAM with 64GB/128GB internal storage. It has expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD.

Huawei Enjoy Max has a dual rear camera setup with a combination of 16-megapixel primary sensor along with a f/2.0 aperture, and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor along with a f/2.4 aperture. For the front panel, the phone has an 8-megapixel front camera with a f/2.0 aperture. The phone has a fingerprint sensor on the back.

The smartphone gets its power from 5,000mAh battery and runs 8.1 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.2. The connectivity options include Dual VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), 5, + GLONASS. The handset measures 177.57 x 86.24 x 8.48 mm and weighs 210 grams.

Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus

The Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus features a 6.5-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:5:9 2.5D curved glass display and 91% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 710 (4 x 2.2GHz Cortex-A73 + 4 x 1.7GHz Cortex-A53) with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. It also comes in two memory variants – 4GB RAM with 64GB/128GB, both of which are expandable memory up to 400GB with microSD.

The Honor 8X is equipped with a dual rear camera setup of 20-megapixel primary sensor with flash, f/1.8 and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with 480 fps slow-mo recording. For the front, it has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and beautify.

The Android 8.1 Oreo wrapped under EMUI 8.2 skin comes preinstalled on the Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus. The phone comes with 4000mAh battery. Connectivity options are 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), GPS + GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5mm and microUSB. It measures 160.4 × 76.6 × 7.8 mm and weighs 175 grams.
