HTC has revealed its latest flaghship smartphone, the One M9, at the ongoing Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, Spain.
The HTC One M9 features a 5 inch full HD display. This 9.61 thin smartphone (dimension: 144.6 x 69.7 x 9.61 mm) weighs 157 grams and is armed with a 64 bit Snapdragon 810 octa core processor that runs at a clockspeed of 1.5 Ghz. The M9 offers 3 GB RAM, 32 GB built in storage and an expandable storage slot that can accomodate a 128 GB micro SD card. This Android smartphone (version not specified but in all likelyhood it has the Android 5.0 version) has the HTC Sense interface.
The nano SIM based HTC One M9 offers 4G, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac), DLNA, and a MHL 3.0 port. For navigation, there is GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS. The M9 has a 20 megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture, sapphire cover lens, and auto focus feature. It can record 4K Resolution based videos. In the front, the HTC M9 offers HTC UltraPixel camera (resolution not revealed) with F/2.0 apreture, 26.9 mm lens, and it can record full HD videos.
The HTC One M9 has a dual tone metal unibody under which lies a 2840 mAh battery that claims to offer 21.7 hours of 3G talktime. It comes in gold on silver, gun metal on grey and gold on gold. HTC will release the One M9 in India next month (April). However, HTC has not revealed its price yet.
