Like its predecessor, the HTC One A9, the new phone is likely to have an iPhone like design. Recent images from Venture Beat shows a similar design but this time around even the rear camera and front have been placed just like the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6s. Talking about the camera, the HTC One A9s is likely to come with a 13 rear facing shooter and a 5 megapixels front camera. Reportedly, the device will not have HTC branding in the front and is expected to come in Black, Gold and Bluish-Silver variants.

No other information is available about the alleged One A9s.

Apart from this, there haven’t been many leaks about the device’s specifications. Also there has been no confirmation from the company regarding the launch as of now.

The original One A9 came with 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with HTC Sense UI on top, the 64 bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 octa core processor and 3 RAM. It has 32 GB of inbuilt storage as well as an expandable storage up to 2 TB via micro SD card. The HTC One A9 had 2150 mAh battery which was highly criticised. The One A9 has a 5 inch full display and came with a 13 megapixel rear camera that has f/2.0 aperture, auto focus, BSI sensor, optical image stabilisation and full HD video recording ability. It also sports HTC UltraPixel (4 MP) front camera that comes with f/2.0 aperture, fixed focus and full HD video recording ability. The One A9 was launched at Rs 29,990 in December 2015 and hasn’t seen any significant price cut since then.
