HTC will soon launch a new version of its Desire 600 smartphone in India. The handset, named as HTC Desire 600C, has been listed on HTC India’s website but its price has not been mentioned.
Like the Desire 600, the new Desire 600C comes with a 4.5 inch display with qHD resolution. It too has 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory, 64 GB micro SD card slot, and dual SIM configuration as the Desire 600.
Also the HTC Desire 600C has an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 1.6 megapixel front camera. Like the older Desire 600, it too boasts a 1860 mAh battery. HTC Desire 600C has WiFi, Bluetooth, DLNA, NFC, and GPS as well. It is though not clear with which Android version the HTC Desire 600C will be launched in India.
However, the Desire 600C comes in GSM+CDMA configuration against the GSM+GSM configuration of Desire 600. Also the new phone is 9.55 mm thick and weighs 127 grams while the older Desire 600 is 9.26 mm thin while weighing 130 grams. Look wise also, the Desire 600C is quite different from the HTC Desire 600.
