HTC has launched a new smartphone under its Desire series – Desire 19s in Taiwan. HTC Desire 19s is priced at TW$ 5990 (Rs 14,100 approx.) and it comes in Free Blue and Yashi Black colour options.
HTC Desire 19s features a 6.2-inch HD+ display with a water-drop notch design, 720 x 1520 pixels resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 Chipset with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU.
For the optics, it has a triple rear camera setup with 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.85 aperture, a 5-megapixel ultrawide angle sensor with f/2.2 Aperture and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. On the front, the phone features a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture. It features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock.
HTC Desire 19s is backed up by 3,850mAh battery and it runs on Android 9 Pie with Sense UI on top. It has 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and expandable memory with microSD. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C and 3.5mm Headphone jack. The dimensions of the phone are 156.2 x 74.8 x 8.47 mm and it weighs 170 grams.
