Compact devices are always preferred when it comes to people who travel a lot and like to take their gadgets on the go. To meet the needs of such people, HP today announced the launch of its 3700 all-in-one printer series in India which HP claims to be world’s smallest inkjet printer.
Rajiv Srivastava, managing director, HP India said: “Today’s launch has unfurled a new chapter about amazing engineering experiences that we offer to our customers. HP’s new DeskJet Ink Advantage printers is yet another innovation which is an answer to the evolving customer needs,”
The HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3700, has both scan and print capabilities. It also features copy capabilities which makes it easy for users to print content from social networking websites such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
According to Firstpost, the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3700 was named one of the “50 Most Influential Gadgets of All Time”. The HP all-in-one Remote application helps set up the printers and sync it with different platforms. The HP Remote App comes with features like wirelessly printing, scanning and copying from almost all the smartphones as the app is available for all Apple devices, Android devices and Windows devices. This app uses Wi-Fi direct to perform the above mentioned functions.
As mentioned before, the famous HP Social Media Snapshots app is also supported by the printer through which a user can print content from most of the social media platforms or even from the camera roll itself.
Parikshet Singh Tomar, Director, Printing Systems, HP Inc. India said: “The needs of today’s consumers are fast evolving, they crave for tiny, wireless devices that fit into their lifestyle and enable them to stay connected, social and productive wherever they may be,”
HP also claims that this series is adequate for educational and creative use for both at home or at office. The printer series will be available starting today at a price of Rs 7,176.
