Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has announced that it will open four new exclusive services centres across the country. The exclusive service centres will open in 4 major cities including Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Guwahati.
With this, the brand will have 21 service centres across India. The centres will provide support and repairs for Huawei and Honor devices and they will also provide appointment booking, free recycling of your waste mobile phones and other electronics products and special service for the selected model user (VIP Services).
“With the opening of the new service centres, we aim to ease the after sales troubleshooting for our customers need they require any. With these openings will help us reach out to more and more of our customers across the landscape of the country,” said P Sanjeev, Vice President Sales, Huawei India – Consumer Business Group.
Meanwhile, the recently-launched Honor 7X was sold out within seconds on Amazon in the second sale as well. In the first sale, Honor 7X was sold out within seconds on Amazon India, though it is not clear how many units were made available by the company.
The Honor 7X is priced at Rs 12,999 for the 32GB storage variant, while the 64GB storage option comes with a price tag of 15,999. The smartphone comes in Aurora Blue, Midnight Black and Platinum Gold colours.
Honor 7X boasts a metal unibody and a 5.93-inch full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 659 2.36GHz octa-core processor, along with Mali T830-MP2 and can hold up to a 256 GB micro SD card in its expandable storage slot. The Honor 7X is backed by a 4GB of RAM and it comes in 32GB Band64GB of internal storage options.
