UPDATE:The Honor 9 Lite comes with a price tag of Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM variant, while the 4GB RAM option is priced at Rs 14,999. The smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting from January 21, 2018. The flash sale will commence at 12:00 PM.
Honor is all set to launch the latest Honor 9 Lite in India at an event in New Delhi. The company has already confirmed that the smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart. This is the second smartphone from Honor brand that comes loaded with a quad-camera setup with two cameras at the front and two at the back.
The smartphone also comes with a metal unibody design and it was previously launched in China last year. The device is a smaller version of Honor 9, which was launched in June last year, but it never came to the Indian market. We will be giving live updates for the event so, stay tuned with us.

12:44: Honor bagged the No. 1 share in the internet and Mobile market of China. The company popular smartphones during SIngle’s Day sale was Honor 8, Honor 9 and more. India is the forerunner in the global market, says Suhail Tariq.
12:51: Majority of the products from the company are Made in India. Honor has 17+ 4 exclusive service centres along with 250+ service centres and 365 days service support.

13:00: The Honor 9 Lite comes loaded with a dual selfie camera with a combination of 13MP + 2MP along with f/2.0aperture. The secondary lens is used to create abokeh effect. The phone comes with automatic beautifications, gesture control and moving pictures with the front camera.
13:01: The smartphone comes with a 13MP + 2MP rear dual-lens camera along with update ISP (image signal processing) chipset, HDR mode, Phase-detection Autofocus and LED flash.
13:02: The phone comes with a glass body. The back gives a mirror-like effect and there is a 2.5D glass both on the front and back panel. The phone comes5.65-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a screen Resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and it bears an aspect ratio of 18:9.
13:05: The Honor 9 Lite comes in Sapphire Blue, which was first unveiled with Honor 8. The phone is also available in Glacier Grey and Midnight Black colour options.
13:08:The smartphone is powered by company’s in-house HiSilicon Kirin 659 Processor and the phone is backed by a 3GB and 4GB of RAM along with 32GB and 64GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expandable up to 256GB via micro SD card slot.
13:14:The Honor 9 Lite is backed by a 3000mAh battery and it runs on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo, which is based on EMUI 8.0. the latest UI comes loaded with home shortcut submenu by a simple touch and hold to an App to add a shortcut in India. The company has two new features that will be rolled out via OTA update. First one is Honor Ride Mode and the second one is Smart Integration with Paytm.
13:16:The phone supports 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, Dual-SIM and Micro USB port. The Honor 9 Lite measures 151 mm × 71.9 mm × 7.60 mm and weighs 149 grams.
