HCL care has announced to launch Exclusive Experience Service Centers (ESCs) to provide one-stop solution for Xiaomi Phones in India. These centers will provide exclusive support for services, accessories and insurance requirements for Xiaomi smartphone users.
According to HCL, these service centers are spread across 28 cities in India, including major Tier-II cites and all Tier-I cities of North & East India. HCL Care claimed to have opened 37 ESCs out of the scheduled 40 ESCs within in 5 month of commencement.
The HCL care also claims that to deploy almost a workforce of 250 at these Xiaomi ESCs and within the next two years, these centers are expected to be able to handle a load of above 43,000 calls. HCL Care is also looking at Western and Southern part of India for building similar ESCs for Xiaomi customers.
