Google is all set to launch its new range of mid-range smartphones on May 07, 2019. Now, just ahead of the official launch, key specifications, new renders and price of the upcoming Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL have been leaked online.
Starting with the renders first, Droid Life posted the phones with different colour options including White, Black and Purple. The render is in line with previously leaked images we have seen in the past. That said, the report further highlights that the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL will be equipped with Night Sight camera mode, which is present in regular Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.
The report further claims that the phones will be equipped with Fast charging that will provide 7 hours of usage in just 15 minutes of charge. Furthermore, the phones will be equipped with Screen call feature and it will come with 3 years of security and OS updates. The report further highlights that smartphones will come loaded with a 12.2-megapixel dual pixel camera along with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. Both the models will be backed by a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Meanwhile, a tipster has revealed the key specifications of both smartphones. To start with Pixel 3a, it will be equipped with a 5.6-inch Full HD+ gOLED display with a screen resolution of 2220 x 1080 pixels, 441ppi Pixel density and 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will be juiced up by a 3000mAh battery and it will come with the 18W fast charging adapter. The phone comes with Always-On display and it will weigh around 150 grams.
The Pixel 3a XL features a 6.0-inch Full HD+ gOLED display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels, 402ppi pixel density and 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 Processor and it will feature a 3700mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The phone weighs 170 grams. Lastly, the price of the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL have also been tipped. As per the leak, Pixel 3a could be priced at $399 (approx. Rs 27,800) for the base variant, while the Pixel 3a XL might come with an initial price of $479 (approx. Rs 33,300).
