Facebook has added a new Voice Messaging feature to its Messenger app for the Android and iOS devices.

Facebook has released an interesting update that adds voice function to its Messenger app for Android and platforms. Thus using the new Facebook Messenger app, you can now send sound records of one minute duration to others. This is an interesting new feature that will certainly be used by many users.

New Facebook Messenger App allows users to quickly record a minute long voice message and send it to friends. The message gets sent immediately and is available for both users to listen.

To send a voice message, users will have to press on the + sign on the bottom left corner of the Facebook Messenger app. Then choose the Record Voice option to go the feature. After that, Press and Hold the circular button with red in the center to record a minute long message. Hit Done when you are finished sending voice messages.

The sent Voice Messages are saved in the mp4 format and accessible via the app as well as the Facebook Web interface. Users can listen to the Voice Messages through the Facebook Web interface and also download those messages for listening to them offline.
