Lenovo Vibe S1 has a 5 inch full HD (1080 x 1920) IPS display. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

This will be a largely personal choice, as some might find 5.5 inches too cumbersome, or on the other hand, some might find 5 inches to be too small for their taste. However, regardless of what protection the display offers, we recommend that you invest in a tempered glass screen protector.

Processor and Memory

The Lenovo Vibe S1 runs an octa-core 1.7 GHz MediaTek MT6752 processor which runs with 3 GB of RAM. The internal memory stands at 32 GB to which you can add another 128 GB via a microSD card.

The Lenovo Vibe S1 is the winner in this round thanks to the extra one GB of RAM. However, note that the Lenovo smartphone has a hybrid SIM slot which means you can either opt for a micro SD card or a SIM2. So in terms of memory, Moto X Play certainly has the upper hand.
