Another Chinese handset maker, Elephone has entered the Indian market. The handset, Elephone G7, is now available Rs 8,888 from Snapdeal.
As per the listing, the Elephone G7 has a 5.5 inch IPS touchscreen with high definition resolution. This Android 4.4.2 based smartphone has a 13 megapixel rear auto focus camera with an LED flash light and an 8 megapixel front camera.
The OS runs on a 1.4 Ghz octa core Mediatek MT6592M processor, Mali 450MP graphics processor and 1 GB RAM. For storage there is 8 GB of Internal Memory and a 64 GB micro SD card slot.
The dual SIM Elephone G7 offers 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM radio, and a 2650 mAh Li-Ion battery (as per Snapdeal, it is 2050 mAh) that promises 11 hours of talktime. The handset is 156 grams heavy and is just 5.5 mm thick.
