As reported by The Mobile Indian earlier, Yota Phone which comes with dual displays – one in front and one in back, has been launched in India. The smartphone is available via Flipkart for Rs 23,499.
The YotaPhone comes with two 4.3 inch displays. One of the display remains turned on always, even if the phone is drained out of power which has been made possible with electronic paper technology. This screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and has 640×300 pixels Resolution and to control it there is a touch zone under the display.
The main screen, which too is of 4.3 inch size, comes with high definition resolution and capacitive touch input.
Besides, the YotaPhone has 1.7 GHz Snapdragon 400 dual core processor, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system, 1800 mAh battery, 13 megapixel rear auto focus camera which is assisted by an LED flash, and a 1 megapixel front camera. The smartphone has A-GPS with GLONASS for navigation. It has a micro SIM card slot, 3.5 mm connector, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, and WiFi (a/b/g/n).
