With Diwali round the corner, the Indian market seeing a lot of activity. From Apple to Intex, all companies are bringing their latest devices to the market to cash in on the festive spirit.

Thus, this week too there were a lot of launches. So if you are planning to buy a handset/device, don’t forget to check out these latest devices.

Apple Watch

It is the costliest device to be launched this week. The cheapest version of Apple Watch in India costs Rs 30,900 while the costliest one has a price tag of whopping Rs 14.2 lakh.

Apple Watch basically comes in two sizes (38 and 42 mm) and three variants: Apple Watch, Apple Watch Edition and Apple Watch Sport. Each of these versions also come in multiple colours.

InFocus M260

Infocus launched its first fully made in India smartphone, the Infocus M260, on Thursday at Rs 3,999. The device is exclusively available on the e-commerce site, Snapdeal.

Infocus M260 features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (854 × 480 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor and 1GB RAM. The device runs on 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box with Inlife UI on top.

Infocus M260 comes with a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it has a 2 megapixel front camera. The rear camera features are 4X digital zoom, exposure compensation, continuous shooting, scene setting, white balance, face recognition and beauty shot. It comes with an 8 in-built storage which can be expanded to upto 32GB through a micro SD card. It packs a 2,000 mAh battery.

For connectivity it has 2G/3G, WiFi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, and micro-USB along with dual SIM with dual standby option. The phone measures 132.87 x 67.8 x 10.48 mm and weighs 150 grams.

Infocus M260 is available in Fluorescent Green, White and Orange color variants.

Intex Aqua Q7

Launched at Rs 3,777, the Intex Aqua Q7 comes with a 4.55-inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) IPS display, 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex ARM V7 (SC7731 Chipset) processor, 512GB of and Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

Intex Aqua Q7 comes with 8GB of internal storage (5.5GB available for users), which can be further expanded by up-to 32GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA resolution) front camera. The camera comes with various features like HDR, Vol up/down key for capturing Image, capture image during recording, Slow motion video recording.

Intex Aqua Q7 backed up by 2000 mAh which claims to deliver 4 hours of talktime and 250 hours of standby time. Acer Liquid Z630s and, Liquid Z530

Acer launched two smartphones this week in India – Acer Liquid Z630s and Liquid Z530 for Rs 10,999 and Rs 6,999 respectively. Both the smartphones will be available exclusively at Flipkart. Acer Liquid Z630s will be available via flash sale.

Micromax Canvas 5 features a 5.2-inch Full-HD display with 3 protection. It is powered by 1.3 GHz Mediatek 6753 octa-core processor and 3GB DDR3 RAM. Note that it is the first Micromax smartphone to offer 3 GB RAM. The Canvas 5 is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and comes packed with a 2900 mAh non-removable battery.

The Samsung Galaxy On5 has a 5 inch HD touchscreen, 1.3 GHz quad core Exynos 3475 processor, Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, 1.5 GB RAM, 8 GB and a 128 GB micro SD card slot.

Gionee earlier this week announced a new ‘S Series’ under which it launched the Gionee S Plus in India, at Rs 16,999. The smartphone will be available in India from next week onwards. The Gionee Elife S Plus comes in Dark Blue, White and Golden color variants.
