Coolpad Fancy set to launch with 2 GB RAM and quad core processor

Coolpad Fancy features a 4.7-inch HD IPS display with 2.5D Arc glass on top and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Coolpad is reportedly set to launch a budget smartphone, named as Coolpad Fancy, in Vietnam. As per reports, the Coolpad Fancy was earlier teased by the company as Coolpad E561.

As reported, Coolpad Fancy features a 4.7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with 2.5D arc glass on top and 3 protection. It runs on 5.1 Lollipop operating system and has a company’s own customised interface, Cool UI. This dual SIM smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor and has 2GB RAM. For graphics it has the Adreno 306 GPU.

The Coolpad Fancy offers 8 of built-in storage and a memory card slot using which you can increase its memory to up to 32 GB via a micro SD card. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera as well. The smartphone is packed with 1800mAh battery which claims to offer 7 hours of and around 200 hours of standby time.

It offers 2G, 3G, 4G/ LTE, GPRS/EDGE, WiFi, GPS/AGPS, WLAN, 4.0, and a for connectivity. This 7.9mm sleek device measures 139 x 67.8 x 7.9 mm and weighs about 120 grams. The smartphone features an interesting feature called Cool Key located on the back of the device which looks like a fingerprint sensor, but it is not. It allows you to quickly open different assigned applications.

Coolpad Fancy will be available in Black and White color options. The company has neither said anything about its launch in other countries nor it has revealed its price. But if it is launched in other countries including India, we’ll surely keep you updated.
