Beetel Teletech, a Bharti Enterprises (Airtel) group company, has launched GD-777, a 3.5″ full touch screen mobile phone with 5 Megapixel camera for Rs 5,499.
Launching the phone, executive director and chief operating officer of Beetel, Vinod Sawhny said, “GD 777 comes with high-end features that the mass audience aspire to have in their mobile phones. This innovative product is designed after extensive market research which indicated that there is a huge demand for affordable feature phones and customers are looking for more options in the category.”
GD 777 can support expandable memory up to 16 GB. It also supports Java, GPRS, WAP and EDGE for internet surfing. Beetel GD 777 has messenger service, 3D games and can be used as a webcam. It also has FM radio. Beetel has also included social apps like Facebook and Ibibo in the phone.
The GD777 is the second touch screen phone from Beetel after GD-470, which was a dual SIM 2.8 inch full touchscreen mobile phone and was priced at Rs 3,300.
