Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 6GB variant to be available for sale from July 26 in India

The other variants of the Zenfone Max Pro (M1) come with a price tag of Rs 10,999 for the 3GB of RAM and Rs 12,999 for the 4GB of RAM. The phone comes with Meteor Silver and Deepsea Black colour options.

Asus launched its latest budget-centric smartphone, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 in India recently exclusively on Flipkart. The smartphone comes in 3GB RAM + 32GB, 4GB RAM + 64GB variants. At the launch event, the company has also announced that it will be bringing a higher variant of the smartphone with 6GB RAM + 64GB soon. Now seems the company is all set to launch the premium variant in India this month only. Asus will make the 6GB RAM variant available for sale from July 26 in India.

Earlier the 6GB RAM variant was found listed on Flipkart confirming the launch soon. The 6GB RAM variant not only has more RAM but also comes with better cameras according to the page source. The smartphone will come with a price tag of Rs 14,999. The upcoming variant will come loaded with some improved camera performance as well, as reported earlier.

The phone will feature dual rear cameras with a combination of 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor for bokeh effect. For the front, there will be a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. Apart from this, the rest of the specifications largely remains the same.

To recall, the other variants of the Zenfone Max Pro (M1) come with a price tag of Rs 10,999 for the 3GB of RAM and Rs 12,999 for the 4GB of RAM. The phone comes with Meteor Silver and Deepsea Black colour options.

The major highlight of the smartphone is the new display trend and this is the first smartphone from Asus that comes with pure experience along with dual rear cameras and massive battery backup. The smartphone features a 5.99-inch Full display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels, 450 nits brightness, 15000:1 contrast ratio and 85 percent NTSC colour gamut. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 along with Adreno 509 GPU.

Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M1) runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with near stock experience and it features a 5000mAh battery with 10W charger. On the connectivity front, it supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi, 4.2, dual-SIM, dedicated microSD card slot, and port.
