Asus Zenfone Max coming in Oct, no info on Zenfone Go yet

The Asus Zenfone Max is said to be launching in India sometime in October, however Asus has not revealed its price yet.

Yesterday, Asus announced a range of Zenfone 2 variants for the Indian market and even launched two tablets. Alongside it has also announced a new smartphone, Zenfone Max, with a huge 5000 mAh battery. The smartphone is said to be launched in India sometime in October, however Asus has not revealed its price yet. Meanwhile, Asus didn’t reveal pricing or availability details of Zenfone Go, which was revealed just last month.
Asus Zenfone Max (ZC550KL)
The Asus Zenfone Max (ZC550KL) has a 5.5 inch touchscreen with high definition (1280×720 pixels) resolution. The highlight of this 5.2 mm slim smartphone is its huge 5000 mAh battery and ofcourse you can use it as a power bank as well.

The Asus Zenfone Max has the 1.2 Ghz Snapdragon 410 quad core processor with Adreno 306 graphics processor and 2 RAM. The smartphone will be launched in 8 GB and 16 GB internal storage variants, and both the models will have a 128 GB supporting expandable storage slot.

This Lollipop based smartphone has the ZenUI interface like other Asus smartphones. It has a 13 megapixel auto focus rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, Laser Auto Focus feature and a Real Tone flash. For selfies, it has a 5 megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. The dual SIM Asus Zenfone Max has WiFi (b/g/n), 4.0, GPS, and 4G/3G connectivity.

Asus Zenfone Go

The Zenfone Go (ZC500TG), which was ealier speculated to come in July itself, has a 5 inch IPS display whichhas anti-fingerprint coating. The phone comes armed with a 1.3 Ghz Mediatek MT6580 quad core processor, Mali 400 MP2 graphics processor and 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM. The handset comes in 8 GB and 16 GB storage variants, both of which has 64 GB micro card slot.

The Asus Zenfone Go has an 8 megapixel rear auto focus camera with F/2.0 aperture, back light HDR mode, night mode, panroma mode and slow motion features. For selfies, it offers a 2 megapixel camera with HDR, GIF and slow motion features.

The dual SIM Asus Zenfone Go has dual SIM with connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi (b/g/n), with A-GPS, WiFi Direct, and a 2070 mAh Li-Po battery. The Android 5.1 based Zenfone Go has ZenUI 2.0 aperture, FM radio and dual mic for noise cancellation. It comes in white, black and red colours.
