Asus Zenfone Go, which was revealed earlier this year, was launched in India today and is now available from Flipkart for Rs 7,999.
The ZenFone Go with model name ZC500TG comes with a 5 inch IPS display with high definition (720p) Resolution and is available in three colours- Black, White & Red, along with 8GB storage.
The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with the help of 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6580 quad core processor. It has 16 GB internal storage, 2 GB RAM and 64 GB expandable memory. The Asus Zenfone Go has a 2070 mAh battery.
In the camera department, the Asus Zenfone Go has an 8 Megapixel auto focus rear camera and a 2 megapixel selfie unit in its front panel. The handset measures 71×144.5×9.98 mm and weighs 135 grams.
The dual SIM Asus Zenfone Go Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, WiFi (b/g/n), but offers 3G and not 4G connectivity.
