Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite launched with 13MP Front Camera and Snapdragon 425 SoC

The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite sports a metal unibody design and comes loaded with a 5.5-inch IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass on top.

Asus has announced its new smartphone under ZenFone 4 series named as Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite. The smartphone has been made official in the Philippines and is listed on Asus’s Philippine website. The company has however not revealed the pricing of Asus Selfie Lite, but the device is expected to be priced at $156 which is approximately Rs 10,300. Reportedly the device will go sale sometime this month. The smartphone comes in Deepsea Black, Mint Green, Rose Pink, and Sunlight Gold colour variants.

The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite sports a metal unibody design and comes loaded with a 5.5-inch IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass on top. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor along with Adreno 308 coupled with a 2GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 16GB/32GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 2TB via micro SD card slot. The smartphone also features a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button.

On the camera front, the phone comes loaded with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and phase detection autofocus (PDAF). For the front, there is a 13-megapixel shooter with aperture f/2.0 and a softlight LED flash. The selfie camera also has the Asus SelfieMaster technology to add real-time beautification effects on both the selfie photos and videos.

Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite runs on Android Nougat with Asus ZenUI on top and is backed by a 3000mAh battery. On the connectivity front, it supports dual sim, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, micro USB port, 3.5-mm headphone jack, and GPS. The smartphone measures 155.66 x 75.9 x 7.85mm and it weighs 144 grams.
