Asus ZenFone 4 and 4 Pro specs and price leaked ahead of launch

ZenFone 4 Pro will come with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage and it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor.

Asus is all set to unveil the ZenFone 4 smartphones at a launch event on August 17 in Taiwan. Now ahead of the launch, reliable leakster Roland Quandt on his official twitter handle has revealed specifications and pricing of Asus ZenFone 4 and 4 Pro smartphones.

As per his tweet, the ZenFone 4 Pro will come with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage and it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. He further claims it to be priced at $650 which is approximately Rs 41,500.

In his second tweet, the ZenFone 4 specs and price have also been revealed. As per him, the Asus ZenFone 4 will feature 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage and the device will be priced at $400, which is approximately to Rs 25,500. The ZenFone 4 is first smartphone running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 630 which means it will perform better than Snapdragon 625.

Asus ZenFone 4 currently has five models in the Zenfone 4 series which includes Zenfone 4 – ZE554KL, Zenfone 4 Pro – ZS551KL, Zenfone 4 Selfie – Z01M, Zenfone 4V – 520KL/A006 and Zenfone 4 Max. Out of these five Zenfone 4 Max has already been launched in in Russia last month. Now, the only two smartphones which have not surfaced in leaks before are the ZenFone 4V and ZenFone 4 Selfie.

The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie – Z01M has been spotted on Gfxbench website earlier. As per the listing, it features a 5.5 inch Full display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by 2.0 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor along with Adreno 506 GPU. The Zenfone 4 Selfie will come with a 16-megapixel rear camera and 12-megapixel front camera for selfies. The smartphone will come with 4GB of RAM and 32 of internal storage, as per the listing. The phone runs on 7.1.1 Nougat based operating system with ZenUI on top of it.
