Archos, a French mobile phone and tablet maker, has announced its new 4G phone, which is named as 50d Oxygen. Archos 50d Oxygen is priced at Â£129 (approximately Rs 12,745) and will be available in May for sale from this year. The smartphone is to be showcased at Mobile World Conference, 2016 which is to be held in Barcelone this February 22 .
The Archos 50d Oxygen comes with a 5 inch IPS capacitive touchscreen that has 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The handset is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa core Mediatek processor with Mali-T720 MP3 GPU which is coupled with 2 GB RAM. The device has 8 GB of internal memory and a 32 GB expandable storage slot. It comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Its dimensions are 141.4 x 70.8 x 8.2 mm and it weighs 140grams.
The dual SIM Archos 50d Oxygen is backed by 2,100 mAh battery. It sports a 13-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. For connectivity, this dual SIM handset offers WiFi, Bluetooth, micro USB, GPS and ofcourse 4G.
