The 4th Generation Moto G will be available for purchase from Amazon.in from midnight tonight. Last month Motorola introduced the Moto G4 along with Moto G4 Plus. Note that Moto G4 Plus is available since last month in 32 GB and 64 GB versions for Rs 13,499 and Rs 14,999 respectively. The 4th Gen Moto G, which is otherwise simply called as Moto G4, has a price tag of Rs 12,499.
The Moto G4 has a 5.5 inch TFT LCD display with full HD resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone is just 7.9 mm thick and has 3000 mAh battery. It also comes with turbo charger that claims to offer 6 hours of power in 15 minutes of charging.
The Moto G4 is armed with 1.5 GHz octa core processor (Snapdragon 617), Adreno 405 graphics processor and the latest Android Marshmallow operating system. It has 2GB RAM, 16GB Internal Memory and has an expandable memory slot for up to a 128GB micro SD card.
The Moto G4 has a 13 megapixel rear camera with two LED flash lights and a 5 megapixel front camera. The rear camera has F2.0 aperture, Auto HDR, video stabilization, slow motion video capturing ability, full HD video recording feature, 4x digital zoom, professional mode and burst mode features. The front camera has F2.2 Aperture and a wide angle lens. Besides, the Moto G4 offers 4G LTE connectivity, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and FM radio.
The Moto G4 comes in black and white colours.
