The upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 smartphone has already been spotted in various leaks before and the device is expected to launch pretty soon. Just last week, the device was spotted on the listing of JD.com and Oppomart as well. Now a new live image of alleged Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has surfaced online, as per Concept leak.
The leaked image shows the Redmi Note 5 featuring 18:9 aspect ratio complete with thin bezels and rounded corners. We advise our readers to take the image with a pinch of salt as the authenticity of the leaked image cannot be guaranteed at the moment. We have to wait for some confirmed details at least until Xiaomi officially unveils the Redmi Note 5.
As per the earlier Oppomart listing, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has a 5.99-inch Full HD (2160 x 1080 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio. A 2.0GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor runs the phone with the help of 3GB/4GB RAM. It offers 32GB/64GB internal storage. This 4G smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system with MIUI 9 on top of it and is backed up by a 4000 mAh Li-Polymer battery which claims to offer up to 72 hours of standby time.
The listing also shows that the smartphone has a 12-megapixel rear camera and on the front, it has a 5-megapixel shooter for selfies. On the connectivity front, both the device supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS and Dual-SIM support. It measures 158.5mm x 75.5mm x 8.05mm and weighs 179 grams.
