Xiaomi, in March this year, introduced its third bezel-less smartphone, the Mi Mix 2s. Now, it is reported that the company is working on the next-generation of Mi Mix smartphone as a new live image of the device has been leaked online.
The leaked image was shared by Zeeboll and it shows a working prototype of the upcoming, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. The alleged live image reveals that the company is able to give a true bezel-less display, similar to what we have seen in Oppo Find X and Vivo NEX series. The fullscreen display here could also mean that the brand might introduce a pop-up camera or a slider, which is present in above-mentioned smartphones.
The live images also reveal that the smartphone will surely face high screen-to-body ratio. Being a flagship device, one could expect it to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor along with some high-end specifications like up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
Xiaomi’s recent launch of Mi 8 also reveals that the company has adopted the in-screen fingerprint technology and 3D facial recognition. This could also mean that the brand might include an in-screen fingerprint scanner in the latest Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. However, there is no way we can identify and confirm the source of this image, so we suggest you take this report with a pinch of salt.
