Alleged Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) with Android 7.1.1 Nougat spotted on GFXBench

Samsung had launched Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) in India for Rs 33,490 in March this year. Now seems like the company is working on the successor of the device. The alleged Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) has been spotted on on a GFX benchmarking website which has revealed the major specifications of the device. The device is listed with the model name SM-A730x which is said to be the alleged Samsung Galaxy A7 2018. It is to be noted that Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) came with model number SM-A720x so it is safe to assume that the spotted device is the Galaxy A7 (2018).

As per the listing on GFXBench, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 5 finger gesture support but does not clearly mention the screen size. The listing further reveals that it has 2.21 GHz octa-core processor and Mali-G71 GPU, 4GB RAM, 32GB of internal storage out of which 23GB is reserved for the users, and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. However, there is there is no information about its battery or expandable memory in the listing.

Further, the Samsung phone has a 16-megapixel autofocus camera and a LED flash on its rear panel. There is the same 16-megapixel camera in its front for selfies as well. The GFX listing shows that the device has connectivity features like Bluetooth and WiFi. As per the listing, the device also has accelerometer, gyroscope, light sensor and proximity sensor as well.
