Alcatel has unveiled three 4G new devices under its ‘Pop 4’ series at the ongoing Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Named as Alcatel Pop 4, Pop 4+, Pop 4S, all the three smartphones will come bundled with JBL headphones.
Alcatel Pop 4 features a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 processor and 1 GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is packed with a 2500 mAh battery.
Alcatel Pop 4 comes with 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable by up-to 32 GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone flaunts an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 4G/LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS/A-GPS.
Alcatel Pop 4 Plus features a bigger 5.5-inch (1280×720 pixels) IPS display powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 quad-core processor. It has 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage and expandable memory upto 32GB via microSD card. Rest of the specifications are exactly similar to the Alcatel Pop 4.
On the other hand, Alcatel Pop 4S features a 5.5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display and is powered by an MediaTek MT6755M (Helio P10) octa-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM. The Pop 4S runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. It is packed with a 2960 mAh battery that supports Fast charging technology. It has a fingerprint scanner as well.
Alcatel Pop 4S comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 64 GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone boasts a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 4G/LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS/A-GPS and FM radio.
All the three phones will come in various color options and styles, including Hairline-Brushed, Leather, Wood and Baby Skin colors. Alcatel has however not revealed anything about their price or availability.
