Major smartphone brands like Asus, Motorola, Asus, Samsung and more have lined up the launch of their smartphones next month. While some smartphones are already launched in international markets others have surfaced in leaks and rumours before. Let’s see which are the smartphones which will be launching in India in the month of June.

Asus Zenfone 6

Asus ZenFone 6 will be launched in India around June 19. The phone will be sold on Flipkart upon its launch in India. The major highlight of the Zenfone 6 of the new flipping camera mechanism. The rear camera flips into the selfie camera with a touch of a button. The phone features a 48-megapixel f/1.79 primary sensor, and a 13-megapixel secondary sensor with a 125-degree ultra-wide angle lens. The cameras are capable of shooting at 60fps with features like auto panorama among others.

It features a 6.4-inch Full NanoEdge display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 600nits brightness, HDR support and 6 protection. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor along with Adreno 640 GPU. There is a massive 5,000mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 4.0 and it runs on 9.0 Pie, which based on ZenUI 6.

CENTRiC S1

CENTRiC, an Indian smartphone manufacturer that was launched in India 2017, is all set to launch CENTRiC S1 with pop-up selfie camera along with four new budget-centric smartphones including G5, G3, A2 and L4 in June.

CENTRiC S1 will feature a 6.2 Full HD+ and it will feature a 92 per cent screen-to-body ratio and above 500nits brightness. The device will be powered by MediaTek Helio P70 and it will be available in two memory storage options: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB of internal storage. The phone will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor and it will be backed by a 3800mAh battery with support coupled with wireless charging. It will run on Android 9.1 Pie, which will offer experience.

Samsung Galaxy A10s

Samsung Galaxy A10s will launch in June in India via offline markets. However, the exact launch date of Samsung Galaxy A10s in not known at the moment.

The Galaxy A10s is expected to be a variant of thealready launched Galaxy A10. The phone will reportedly be powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor under the hood. It will come with 2GB of RAM. In terms of software, the phone will have Android 9 Pie-based One UI out of the box. The Galaxy A10s will reportedly come with the model number SM-A107 and it will be available in Green, Black, and Blue colours in India. Other specifications of the phone unknown at this moment.

Nubia Red Magic 3

Nubia Red Magic 3 gaming phone will be launching in India by mid-June. In India, the smartphone will most probably be priced at a starting price of Rs 30,000.

The Nubia Red Magic 3 features a 6.65-inch (2340 x1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19.5:9 AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, 430 nits brightness. The smartphone runs Red Magic OS 2.0, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie and fueled by 5000mAh battery with 27W fast charging. The phone also features a fingerprint sensor at the back.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 855 processor paired with 6GB RAM, 8GB RAM, and 12GB RAM options. It has internal storage options of 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. The smartphone comes with a single 48-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, f/1.75 aperture, Dual LED flash. For the front, it has a 16-megapixel sensor with /2.0 aperture, Beauty features and support for Face unlocking.

Poco F2

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi recently launched Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in China. It is expected that Redmi is likely to launch the K20 and K20 Pro smartphones as Poco F2 and Poco F2 Pro respectively in India.

Redmi K20 features a 6.39-inches Samsung’s AMOLED Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2280×1080 pixels, 91.9 per cent screen-to-body ratio and comes armed with 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 8nm processor with Adreno 618 GPU. The runs on the Android 9.0 Pie with Xiaomi’s MIUI 10 on top of it and gets its juices from a 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. For the optics, the smartphone has a triple rear camera setup with a combination of Sony IMX582 48MP ultra-clear primary sensor, a 13-megapixel secondary sensor and an 8-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, the smartphone carries an AI 20-megapixels pop-selfie module.

Samsung Galaxy A80

Samsung is expected to launch Galaxy A80 in India on June 10. The phone will be priced between Rs 40,000 – Rs 45,000 in the country. Customers will be able to pre-book Galaxy A80 in the first week of June.

Samsung Galaxy A80 features a 6.7-inch display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and an in-display fingerprint scanner on the front. It features rotating camera module with a 48-megapixel primary rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, secondary, 8-megapixel 123-degree field of view and a 3D Depth camera for Live Focus.

The Galaxy A80 is powered by an Octa-core processor which has two cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six cores clocked at 1.8GHz, an Adreno 618 GPU, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The device comes with a 3,700mAh battery with 25W Super Fast Charging and it runs on Android 9 Pie with Samsung’s One UI out of the box.

Samsung Galaxy M40

Samsung will be launching Galaxy M40 in India on June 11. The phone will reportedly be priced in India at around Rs 20,000. Samsung Galaxy M40 will be the fourth device in the M-series after Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30.

As per rumours, the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and it will feature a triple camera system along with a 32-megapixel primary sensor. It will sport an Infinity-O Display panel which means the phone will be having a punch-hole in the display to house the front camera.

Honor 20

Honor 20 will be launching in India on June 11. The smartphone was launched at a press event in London this month at 499 Euros.

The Honor 20 is equipped with a 6.26-inch Full HD+ All View display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by the latest Kirin 980 chipset. The smartphone comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 9 Pie with Magic UI 2.1 and is loaded with 3750mAh battery with 22.5W SuperCharge technology.

Honor has provided a quad rear camera setup on the Honor 20 that includes a 48-megapixel primary Sony IMX586 sensor with an f/1.8 lens, AI image stabilisation (AIS) and AIS Super Night mode, 16-megapixel secondary sensor with a 117-degree super-wide-angle lens that has an f/2.2 aperture. The smartphone has a 2-megapixel tertiary depth-assisting sensor with an f/2.4 lens as well as a 2-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens. For selfies, the Honor 20 has a 32-megapixel sensor at the front with an f/2.0 lens and 3D Portrait Lighting support.

Nokia 1 Plus

Along with Nokia 9 PureView, HMD Global is also expected to launch Nokia 1 Plus in India on June 6. Nokia 1 Plus is an entry-level Android Go smartphone.

The device features a 5.45-inch FWVGA+ IPS display with a of 197ppi and 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by a MediaTek MT6739WW processor along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The device features an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. The phone runs on 2500mAh battery and it runs on Android 9.0 Pie (Go Edition). The phone measures 145.04 X 70.4 X 8.55 mm.

Redmi K20 Pro is likely to be launched as Poco F2 Pro in India in June. Redmi K20 Pro features a 6.39 inches Samsung’s AMOLED Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2280×1080 pixels, 91.9 percent screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by 2.84GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 7nm processor with Adreno 640 GPU.

The phone runs on the Android 9.0 Pie with Xiaomi’s MIUI 10 on top of it and has a 4000mAh battery with 27W fast charging support. For the optics, the smartphone has a triple rear camera setup with a combination of Sony IMX586 48MP ultra-clear primary sensor with f/1.75, a 13-megapixel secondary super sensor with f/ 2.4 and an 8-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the smartphone carries a 20-megapixels pop-selfie module with a sapphire lens cover that can rise in 0.8 seconds.

Nokia 9 PureView

HMD Global has scheduled an event on June 6 in India in which the company is expected to announce Nokia 9 PureView. The phone might be priced at around Rs 46,999 in India. The USP of the Nokia 9 PureView is its penta camera setup which makes it the world’s first smartphone to feature five cameras at the rear.

The setup consists of five 12-megapixel out of which three are monochromatic lenses and two are RGB sensors. The company claims that each camera is controlled individually and all the cameras can take photos simultaneously to offer high dynamic range. In the front, there is a 20-megapixel selfie shooter.

The smartphone features a 5.99-inch with 1440 x 2880 Quad HD+ resolution, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie and is fueled by a 3,320mAh battery with support for fast charging and wireless charging. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Nokia PureView is also certified for water and dust resistance.

Motorola One Vision

Motorola One Vision is expected to launch in India on June 19. The phone features 6.3-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2520 pixels resolution and 21:9 aspect ratio. Powered by 2.2 GHz Octa-Core Exynos 9609 processor, the phone has 4GB RAM, 128GB storage and expandable memory up to 512GB with microSD. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system out-of-the-box and it is backed up by 3500mAh battery with 15W TurboPower fast charging.

For the optics, the Motorola One Vision has 48-megapixel primary rear camera with Dual LED flash, f/1.7 aperture, OIS and 5-megapixel secondary rear camera with f/2.2 aperture. For the front panel, it has 25-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Honor 20 Pro was launched along with Honor 20 this month in London. The Honor 20 Pro with 8GB RAM + 256GB of internal storage is priced at 599 Euros.
