Xolo Q1000 quad core smartphone officially launched for Rs 14,999

The quad core phone comes with Android Jelly Bean 4.2, 1 GB RAM and an 8 megapixel rear camera.

Xolo Q1000, which made a brief appearance few days back, has now been officially launched for Rs 14,999. This is the third phone of Xolo in its Q series after the Q700 and Q800 – both of which have quad core processor as well.

Xolo Q1000 is equipped with a 5 inch IPS display with a resolution of 720×1280 and is protected by DragonTrail Glass which claims to be six times stronger than conventional glass. DragonTrail Glass is engineered to get a perfect combination of thinness, lightness and scratch-resistance. It is only 70.8 mm wide and 8.8 mm thick, that would make it easy to use even with single hand.

The Xolo Q1000 runs on latest Jelly Bean (4.2) and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor which is assisted by 1 to let customers run various simultaneous applications smoothly and do more with this device.

The Xolo Q1000 comes with an 8 rear camera and 1.2 megapixel front camera, both come with BSI sensor technology which delivers advanced imaging capabilities. BSI (Back Side Illumination) Sensor enables to click clear and crisp pictures even in low light environment as it increases the amount of light captured by the lens, hence improving low light imaging performance. It has a dedicated camera key for quicker access to the camera.

It comes with a powerful 2100 battery and delivers great music experience for music lovers with music playback time of 21 hours. It has an of 4 GB and external memory of up to 32 GB.
