Recently, a flat screen variant of Mi Note 2 surfaced online.

Earlier this month, we reported that Xiaomi might be working on a new version of Mi Note 2 with a flat screen as a Xiaomi smartphone with the model number 2015213 was spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency, TENAA with a flat screen design. It was expected to feature the exact same set of specifications as the dual-curved screen model, with a flat screen and a lower price tag. But now Xiaomi’s Marketing Director, Zang Zhiyuan announced via the official blog that there is no flat screen of Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
