But as per reports, the new gaming smartphone will not be called BlackShark 2 and will be actually named as Black Shark Helo. The Xiaomi Black Shark Helo will be officially announced on October 23.
Right now, the meaning of “Helo” and the reason Xiaomi chose this name still remain unknown. Indian tipster Ishan Agarwal on his twitter handle has revealed that the Blackshark 2 Gaming Phone isn’t actually called Blackshark 2. It is expected that might be to just to avoid confusion or due to the very minimal update on specs on the company’s first Xiaomi Black Shark smartphone.
