In the latest tie up with OnePlus, Ola has today announced that one can experience the newly launched OnePlus 3T by booking a ride with Ola app. This promotion offer has only been rolled out for Ola users in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune. To avail the offer, one has to book a free OnePlus ride via Ola App and the experience cab will soon reach your doorstep within 15 minutes. However, if the cab takes longer than 15 minutes to reach, you get a free OnePlus Power Bank of 10,000 mAh capacity.
Ola Select members will get priority in case they call for the experience ride. Further, they will also get exclusive OnePlus merchandise on availing the experience. Not only this, to further up the promotion game, OnePlus will reward few lucky winners with complimentary OnePlusStore.in voucher worth Rs 500.
Head on to OnePlus Ola Dash on the Ola app between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM to get your experience ride. While users in Delhi and Bangalore can avail the offer today i.e. 13th December, users in Mumbai and Hyderabad will be able to avail the offer tomorrow and lastly if you reside in Pune or Kolkata, you can experience the OnePlus 3T on December 15th.
A similar opportunity was given to some select users earlier this month where OnePlus organised popup stores in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. OnePlus claims that about 5,000 users registered to experience the OnePlus 3T then.
OnePlus 3T will go on sale today midnight at 12:01 am (i.e. December 14) exclusively on Amazon.in.
While the 64GB variant will be available for Rs 29,999, the 128GB variant will be available for Rs 34,999.
Briefing out the specifications, OnePlus 3T is identical to OnePlus 3 in terms of the design barring the new Gunmetal colour. Up front, it features a 5.5-inch Full HD Optic-AMOLED display. On the inside, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Chipset clocked at 2.35GHz (OnePlus 3 – Snapdragon 820 chipset at 2.15 GHz) coupled with Adreno 530 GPU, 6GB RAM and two storage options – 64GB and 128GB.
On the camera front, the device sports the same 16-megapixel sensor as seen on the OnePlus 3. The front camera, however, saw a bump from 8 megapixels to 16-megapixel shooter. For the battery, OnePlus 3T packs a 3400 mAh unit.
