Vivo V11 Pro receives 1 lakh pre-bookings

Vivo’s latest smartphone, the Vivo V11 Pro, goes on sale today in India. Now, sources close to the development has told The Mobile Indian that Chinese brand has received 1 lakh pre-booking for the Vivo V11 Pro.

This simply means that 1 lakh users have pre-booked the latest smartphone from different channels. The response is pretty solid for this device and one of the main reason might be the inclusion of new water-droplet notch coupled with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It is true, V11 Pro is the first smartphone in the mid-range segment that comes loaded with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Vivo was one of the first brands to incorporate this technology into its smartphones. Following this, many other brands like Huawei, Xiaomi and more have adopted the latest technology. Further, OnePlus has also revealed that it add in-display fingerprint sensor in its upcoming OnePlus 6T smartphone.

To recall, the phone was introduced in India earlier this week and it comes with a price tag of Rs 25,990. The smartphone comes loaded with a 6.41-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) Halo FullView 3.0 Super with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and a screen-to-body ratio of 91.27 per cent. The company has incorporated the fingerprint sensor right under the display.

On the hardware front, the Vivo V11 Pro is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, it has Adreno 512 GPU. It is backed by a6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. On the camera front, you get a combination of 12-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.0 and a 5-megapixel depth-sensing camera with f/2.4 aperture coupled with LED flash, on the back. For the front, there is a 25-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and AI-powered features and AR stickers.
