Spice mobile has today launched a new budget smartphone Stellar 431 for Rs 3,499. It is a dual SIM smartphone with 3G connectivity.
Spice Stellar 431 runs on Android 4.4 operating system and is powered by 1 GHz Dual Core processor. It has 4 inch display screen, 512 MB RAM and 4GB internal memory.
Stellar 431 has a 1500 mAh battery and apart from physical stores it will be available on Shaholic also. The phone sports a 3.2 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 1.3 megapixel front camera.
