Sony Xperia XZ Premium, Xperia XA1 Ultra, Xperia XA1 Plus smartphones price slashed in India

The Xperia XZ Premium and Xperia XA1 Ultra were launched at MWC 2017, while the Xperia XA1 Plus was launched back at IFA 2017.

Sony India has today slashed the price for its three smartphone in India – Xperia XZ Premium, XA1 Ultra and XA1 Plus in India. To recall, the Xperia XZ Premium and Xperia XA1 Ultra were launched at MWC 2017, while the Xperia XA1 Plus was launched back at IFA 2017.

The Sony Xperia XZ Premium will be now priced at Rs 49,990 which was earlier available at Rs 59,990. The XA1 Ultra will now be priced at Rs 22,990 which was earlier available at Rs 27,990 and Xperia XA1 Plus will now be available at Rs 19,990 which was earlier priced at Rs 24,990.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium

The Xperia XZ Premium sports a 5.5-inch 4K HDR Triluminous display with X-Reality mobile picture engine and dynamic contrast enhancement coupled with 5 protection on the front and back panel. The smartphone is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with Adreno 540 GPU. The phone is backed by a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 256 via card support.

It sports a 19-megapixel rear camera which supports Super slow motion 960fps video capture, Predictive Capture, Ant-distortion shutter, Triple image sensing technology, predictive Hybrid Autofocus, 5-axis stabilisation and 4K video recording. For the front, there is 13-megapixel Exmor RS for mobile image sensor, 22mm wide angle lens, ISO6400 and f/2.2.

Sony Xperia XA1 Plus

The phone comes loaded with a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a screen of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Xperia XA1 Plus is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor along with Mali T880 GPU. The device is backed by a 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via micro SD card slot.

On the camera front, the smartphone boasts a 23-megapixel rear camera with 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, Hybrid AF and LED flash. For the front, there is an 8-megapixel short with f/2.0 aperture, 1 / 4 inch Exmor R sensor and 23mm lens. The phone runs on 7.0 Nougat and is backed by a 3430mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive fast charging. On the connectivity front, the phone supports LTE, WiFi 820.11 a/b/g/n, 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB and dual-SIM. It measures 155 x 75 x 8.7 mm and weighs 190 grams.

Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra

The smartphone comes with an edge-to-edge 6-inch Full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via micro SD card.

On the camera front, the Xperia XA1 Ultra features a 23-megapixel rear camera with Exmor RS mobile image sensor, Hybrid Autofocus, 24mm wide-angle F2.0 lens and 5x clear image zoom. For the front, there is a 16-megapixel shooter with 23mmm wide-angle lens. The front-facing camera further supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and smart selfie flash, which helps in taking selfies in low-light conditions.
