Samsung Galaxy S8 pre-orders begins from April 7: Report

Samsung has already made it official that it will be launching its flagship devices, Galaxy S8, on March 29.As per a report by ETNews, the pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S8 will start from April 7 to April 17 in South Korea. However, the devices will hit the shelves on April 21.

Interestingly, the report further mentioned that the South Korean giant is planning to hold a pre-launch event on April 18 at all three major carriers’ stores in Korea.

The report further states, “Only limited customers will be allowed to participate in the pre-launch events.” It is also being rumoured that lucky attendees at the event will have the chance to win prizes of up to 3 million won ($2,645), along with a chance of grabbing Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones, as well as Gear S3 smartwatches for free.

As for the global roll out is concerned, April 28 is the expected date of availabilityin select countries.
