Samsung Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10+ launch event set for August 20 in India

The company has confirmed that it will be launching the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ smartphones in India.

Samsung recently unveiled its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ at an Unpacked event in New York. Now, the company has confirmed that it will be launching the said smartphones in India.

The company has started sending out media invites for the launch event, which is scheduled to take place on August 20. The event will take place at Samsung Opera House in Bengaluru on the said date at 11:30 AM IST. Samsung has already revealed the price and some launch offers of the upcoming Galaxy Note 10 series. The launch event will be live-streamed on Samsung India’s official website.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 comes with a price tag of Rs 69,999, while the Galaxy Note 10+ is priced at Rs 79,999 for the 256GB of internal storage and Rs 89,999 for the 512GB of internal storage. Both the models are up for pre-orders till August 22 and the shipping will start from August 23.

As per the launch offers, customers will get Galaxy Watch Active for Rs 9,999 on the purchase of Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+. Furthermore, consumers pre-booking the latest Galaxy Note smartphones will get a cashback of Rs 6,000 for making the payment through HDFC credit or debit cards. The Rs 6,000 cashback will also be applicable for transactions made through ICICI credit or debit cards on Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm and Tata CLiQ.

To recollect some key specifications, the Galaxy Note 10 features a 6.3-inch Full Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display, while the Galaxy Note 10+ is equipped with a 6.8-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display with a screen of 3040 x 1440 pixels.

Both the smartphones are powered by Samsung Exynos 9825 along with Mali-G76 MP12 GPU. The Galaxy Note 10 comes with 8GB of + 128G of internal storage, while the Galaxy Note 10+ features a 12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of internal storage.

The Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ both equip a camera setup of a 16MP Ultra Wide lens with F2.2 and 123-degree field-of-view; a 12MP wide-angle lens with Dual technology, 77-degree field-of-view, OIS and F1.5/F2.4 aperture; and a 12MP telephoto lens with F2.1 aperture and OIS. The Note10+ additionally features a DepthVision Camera. The selfie cameras on both phones are powered by a 10MP Dual Pixel wide-angle sensor with an 80-degree field-of-view and f/2.2 aperture.

The Galaxy Note 10 is equipped with a 3,500mAh battery, while the Galaxy Note 10+ is backed by a 4,300mAh battery with both supporting super-fast charging support. he phones run on 9 Pie with Samsung’s One UI.

It comes with an in-display Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor. Connectivity options include Dual VoLTE / 5G, WiFi, 5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, GPS, Galileo, and BeiDou. he Galaxy Note10 measures at 71.8 x 151.0 x 7.9mm and weighs 168 grams while the Note10+ measures in at 77.2 x 162.3 x 7.9mm and weighs 196 grams.
