Samsung is working on upgraded Galaxy J6 and Galaxy J4 smartphones which are dubbed as Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus and Galaxy J4 Plus. Now two Samsung devices with the model number SM-J610F and SM-J415F which are expected to be the Galaxy J6 Plus and Galaxy J4 Plus respectively have received Bluetooth certification.
The listing of Galaxy J6 Plus and Galaxy J4 Plus hints that the official unveiling of both the smartphones could happen soon globally including India. A Dutch website Galaxy Club has reported that both the smartphones have been spotted on Bluetooth SIG. With model number SM-J610F, the Galaxy J6+ has been listed to come in single and dual-SIM variants.
As per reports, it is expected that Galaxy J6 Plus will be launched as the Galaxy J6 Prime while the Galaxy J4 Plus will be launched as the Galaxy J4 Prime in some markets. Both the Samsung Galaxy J4 Prime, Galaxy J6 Prime were earlier spotted on the company’s official Vietnam website with the model numbers SM-J415F/DS and SM-J610F/DS respectively.
Both the Galaxy J4 Prime and J6 Prime smartphones are expected to run Android 8.1 Oreo and might be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processors instead of Samsung’s own Exynos. Both of them are reported to be made available first in The Netherlands and Vietnam.
Yesterday, Samsung Galaxy J6 Prime was also spotted on the Samsung India website. The phone also received WiFi certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA) revealing that the Galaxy J6 Prime will support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity with 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency and it will run on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.
Meanwhile, a new Samsung Galaxy A series smartphone with model number SM-A750N has also appeared on Samsung Spain’s website, via Galaxy Club. It is said to be either Samsung Galaxy A8 (2019) or the Galaxy A7 (2018). Apart from the fact that this A series phone will have dual-SIM support, there are no other details like specifications, pricing, and availability of this smartphone
