Samsung’s new Galaxy J series smartphone which is named as Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini Prime is now on sale in the United States. The Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini Prime is available for purchase from Amazon and eBay in the US for $86.99 which is approximately Rs 5,900). The smartphone comes in Black, Gold, and White colour variants. It is to be noted that Samsung has however not officially announced the phone yet.

The Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini Prime has a 4-inch WVGA (480 x 800p) display with a density of 233ppi. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830 processor, which is paired with a 1 of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with the option to expand the storage up-to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

It sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with flash and a VGA front-facing camera. The smartphone is backed up by a 1500mAh battery. Further, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 3G, 4.1, GPS, MicroUSB 2.0, (802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz), Wi-Fi Direct, and Accelerometer. The smartphone measures 126.6×63.1×10.8mm and weighs around 123 grams.
