Samsung has announced a new range of its Galaxy SIII smartphone. The phone will now come in new colours like Amber Brown, Garnet Red, Sapphire Black and Titanium Grey. Currently, the phone comes in white and black colours only.
However, the Korean smartphone manufacturer has added that the avaialbilty of these varieties of Galaxy SIII will vary from country to country.
“This design ethos is brought to life through the new colour variants, which are all derived from man’s relationship with natural materials and perfectly compliment the handset’s organic experience,” Samsung said in a press release.
“The phone adopts a pure and clear material called Hyperglaze on the back cover casing. The material’s rich properties underneath create the illusion of dual colours, adding depth to the design as well as elevating the phone’s aesthetic look. The Samsung GALAXY S III boasts a carefully crafted organic appearance with gently curved lines and clean, soft features which are accentuated by these latest colour options,” the smartphone maker added.
Launched in India in July this year, the Galaxy SIII is a premium smartphone with Android operating system.
Avaialble for around Rs 40,000, the phone has been marketed by Samsung as “designed for humans and inspired by nature”.
Available in 16 and 32 GB versions, the phone comes with a 4.8 inch Super Amoled display, 1.4 GHz Exynos 4 mobile processor, Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, 8 megapixel camera and the famous S Voice applications that let you operate the phone just through your voice.
The Mobile Indian will soon bring you a detailed review of the phone.
