Reliance Jio offers 1GB of data with Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate

To participate in this offer, users need to open the MyJio app and there will be a banner showing “Get the tastiest 1GB of data ever”, click on the banner and the app will take you to the screen where you need to to the Participate Now button.

As part of its second-anniversary celebrations, Reliance Jio is now offering 1GB of data to its subscribers for free. However, in order to avail this benefits users need to eat a Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate.

Yes, you heard it right! In order to avail this free data, Jio subscribers need to eat a Dairy Milk chocolate first and then click a picture of the wrapper. The offer is currently shown on MyJio and it is valid until September 30.

To participate in this offer, users need to open the MyJio app and there will be a banner showing “Get the tastiest 1GB of data ever”, click on the banner and the app will take you to the screen where you need to to the Participate Now button. After that, users need to scan the barcode from the empty wrapper of the Dairy Milk chocolate to avail free data benefits.

As a part of terms of conditions, users can get 1GB of free data when they upload Dairy Milk wrapper worth Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20, Rs 40 or Rs 100. If the Dairy Milk is not your choice then you can also opt for Dairy Milk Crackle that comes with a price tag of Rs 40, Dairy Milk Roast Almond for Rs 40, Dairy Milk Fruit and Nuts starting at Rs 40 or Dairy Milj Licables for Rs 35.

It is important to note a few things here. Firstly, the free data is not added a regular one but comes an additional data. Users can avail the free data or can simply transfer it to other Jio contacts. Additionally, only one empty wrapper will be valid for data offer per Jio account. Apart from this, Reliance Jio is also giving an option to donate the free data to an NGO known Pratham Foundation, which is working on educating children with e-learning in remote areas of India.
