Xioami has introduced a White colour variant of Redmi Note 7 smartphone. The company recently teased the new colour for the Redmi Note 7 and now today, it has shared the photo of a Redmi Note 7 in White colour on Weibo.
The new color variant doesn’t have an official name yet but the caption for the image asks fans to guess the name of the new colour. One correct answer will be chosen and the winner will get a Redmi Suitcase. The brand hasn’t yet revealed when the new variant will go on sale in China.
Apart from the new colour, the rest of the specs of the Redmi Note 7 are expected to be the same as the existing Note 7. Currently, the Redmi Note 7 comes in Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, and Ruby Red colour options, while the Redmi Note 7 Pro comes in Neptune Blue, Nebula Red, and Space Black colours. It is still unknown whether the new colour variant will be exclusive to China only or it will make its debut in India as well.
The Redmi Note 7 features a 6.3-inch full HD+ waterdrop notch display. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of storage. It comes with a dual rear camera setup comprising of a 48-megapixel primary and 5-megapixel depth sensor camera. The front-facing camera has a 13-megapixel sensor. The handset boots MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie and it includes a 4,000mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 4.0
