Indian based smartphone manufacturer, Reach Mobiles has launched a new budget smartphone, named as Reach Cogent in India. The Reach Cogent is priced at Rs 2,999 and is available for sale exclusively at e-commerce portal Shopclues.
Reach Cogent features a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480) display with Pixel density of 233 ppi and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor which is coupled with 1GB of RAM. The dual SIM based smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and comes packed with a 2000 mAh Lithium-ion battery, which the company claims to offer up-to 7 hours of talk-time and upto 200 hours standby time.
The Reach Cogent comes with 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded by upto 32GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone offers a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash. For selfies, the smartphone has a 1.3 megapixel camera is in its front.
For connectivity, the device offers 2G,3G, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ AGPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro USB 2.0 port and FM Radio. The handset measures 118.7 x 64.3 x 9.8mm and weighs around 105.2 grams.
The Reach Cogent is available in the four colour options, gold, red, black and white.
