Oppo will be launching Oppo R17 Pro in India on December 4. The company has now sent the media invites for the launch event of R17 Pro. The phone was first launched in China back in August and is only now making its way to India.
In China, Oppo R17 Pro is priced for 4299 Yuan which is approximately Rs 43,850. The smartphone comes in Fog gradient colour. Pre-orders for the R17 Pro will begin on December 1 in India. However, there is no info on availability details for the Indian market.
The Oppo R17 Pro comes with waterdrop notch design and it features a 6.4-inch (2280 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 710 (Dual 2.2GHz Kryo 360 + Hexa 1.7GHz Kryo 360) with Adreno 616 GPU.

The Oppo R17 Pro comes with the triple rear camera setup. It has a 12-megapixel primary sensor with LED flash, f/1.5/2.4 variable aperture, OIS, 20-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.6 Aperture and a Time of Flight (TOF) 3D sensing camera to capture 3D photos. For the front, it has a 25-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, AI, Sony IMX576 sensor, 3D Portrait.
The smartphone comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB Internal Memory without any microSD card slot for expandable memory. It has a 3700mAh capacity battery with Super VOOC Flash Charge technology which claims to achieve 40% charge in just 10 minutes, and it runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.1 out of the box.
Conectivity features include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB 3.1 Type-C and NFC. It has 157.6 × 74.6 × 7.9mm dimensions and 183 grams weight.
