Oppo K1 with in-display fingerprint sensor to launch on February 6

Oppo K1will be launched on February 6 in India. The smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart as the e-commerce portal has already created a dedicated page on its portal teasing the upcoming launch.

The Oppo K1 was launched in China in October last year for 1599 yuan (approx. Rs 17,100) and 1799 yuan (approx. Rs 19,300) for the 4GB and 6GB RAM variants respectively. In India, the phone will be likely priced under Rs 20,000. TheOppo K1comes in Van Gogh Blue and Mocha Red colours.

For the camera department, the smartphone is equipped with a dual camera setup at the back that combines a 16MP primary sensor with a 2MP depth sensor in addition to an LED flash. For the front camera, there’s a 25MP sensor for selfies and video calling.

Oppo K1 smartphone is fuelled by a 3,600mAh battery and it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with the company’s own ColorOS 5.2 interface on top. The Oppo K1 supports Dual 4G VoLTE with support for WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS and GLONASS.
