OnePlus 3T will feature Snapdragon 821 chipset.
It is expected that OnePlus will announce a new smartphone which is probably OnePlus 3T. As per earlier rumour mills, OnePlus 3T will feature 6GB of RAM but now a new rumour has surfaced online which has revealed that the OnePlus 3T might feature 8GB of RAM. And if the latest rumour is to be believed, OnePlus 3T will be the first phone with 8GB RAM.
Qualcomm has already confirmed that the OnePlus 3T will feature the faster Snapdragon 821 chipset. However, rest of the features of the device are still rumoured.
As per earlier reports, OnePlus 3T will be $80 (Approx. Rs 4,000) more expensive than OnePlus 3. The current OnePlus 3 is priced at $399 (Rs 28,000 in India). So if these rumours are to be believed, the OnePlus 3T price may be priced at around $479 or close to Rs 32,000.
The OnePlus 3T is expected to feature the Snapdragon 821 SoC (Snapdragon 820 in the OnePlus 3). It is expected to have Optic AMOLED display as OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei recently said that the company will stick to Optic AMOLED display panels for its future devices.
Furthermore, the OnePlus 3T is expected to come with 6GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage, 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera. The device is also expected to have a Fingerprint sensor, 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C, 3000 mAh battery with Dash Charge, and will run on Oxygen OS based on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat.
