Nextbit Robin launched in India for Rs 19,999, offers 100 GB free cloud storage

The Nextbit Robin smartphone has a fingerprint sensor and a USB Type-C port.

Nextbit Robin, the smartphone which came to limelight for its 100 of space, was launched in India today at Rs 19,999. The Robin smartphone comes in Mint colour and will be available exclusively from Flipkart from May 30.

Wrapped in a plastic body, this phone comes equipped with a 5.2-inch display that has full HD (1080×1920 pixels) resolution and 4. It has the powerful Snapdragon 808 processor, along with Adreno 418 GPU. The phone offers good 3 GB RAM, 32 GB built-in storage, and a micro card as well.

The company is highlighting its cloud storage space as its USP. The Nextbit Robin comes with 100GB of free cloud storage space.

“Robin has the cloud integrated right into OS, and its perfectly tuned hardware is optimized to take every advantage of it. That means Robin is always prepared. Whenever it is plugged in and on WiFi, it backs up your apps and photos. And when you need space, it archives the things you use least, so you always have space for what you want most” says the company on its product page.

Besides, the Nextbit Robin has a 2680 battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0, 5-megapixel front camera, 13-megapixel rear camera with dual tone flash and phase detection autofocus. The single SIM Robin has fingerprint sensor, dual front speaker, NFC, USB Type-C port with quick charging facility, 4.0 LE, GPS and WiFi (b/g/n/ac). This smartphone has Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The handset measures 149 x 72 x 7 mm.
